EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies
Electromyography (EMG) measures the health of the your muscles and the nerves that control your muscles. This is done by evaluating the electrical activity levels in the muscles while resting and contracting.
A Nerve Conduction Study examines how well your nerves are functioning. This is done by measuring the speed and velocity of the electrical signals produced by your nerves.
